We’ve organised the second Northern UPA in Manchester again on the 29th March. I’ve posted details on the UPA North Website. Louise Ferguson, who is the VP UK UPA and majors in ethnology and how it relates to design is speaking. I’m looking forward to this immensely, Louise is an excellent speaker and its an area that is currently of interest to those dealing with customer experience, usability and design.
