“Maximising ROI in Online Retail”

I’ve been asked to speak at Maximising ROI in Online Retail on June 16th in London…

This looks like an interesting event focussing on the business aspects clearly. My brief is:

Turning browsers into buyers: upping conversion rates
**Understanding why the first experience is fundamental
**Developing website usability to facilitate transactions and increase customer spending
**Making the shopping experience personal

Great opportunity, really looking forward to relating the emotional experience and its power to convert, and to sharing a stage with Laura Ashley, Kelkoo and Last Minute.
